Types of Data Collected

Albelissa, by way of example and not limited to the following, will collect categories of common personal data: name, surname, password, date of birth, residence, street and e-mail addresses, telephone numbers, educational qualifications, cookies, images and work experience.

Albelissa will collect the aforementioned data from you and/or from websites managed by third parties or social networks through which Albelissa publishes ads (on behalf of client companies or on its own) or through which it can view candidate profiles. The data may be freely provided by the User, or, in the case of usage data, collected automatically when using this website.

The User assumes responsibility for the data of third parties that he/she shares and guarantees that he/she has the right to disseminate them, thus freeing the Personal Data Holder from any liability to third parties.

Methods of Processing

Data processing is based on principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency and data minimization. It is carried out both manually and through automated methods designed to store, process and transmit them and will take place through appropriate technical and organizational measures, as far as commercially reasonable and state of the art, to guarantee, among other things, security, confidentiality, integrity, availability and resilience of systems and services, avoiding the risk of loss, destruction, unauthorised access or disclosure or, in any case, illicit use, as well as through reasonable measures to promptly delete or rectify inaccurate data with respect to the purposes for the which are treated.

In addition to the Personal Data Holder, in some cases, other subjects involved in the organization of the website (for example: system administrators) or external subjects (for example: third party technical services or IT companies) may have access to the data. These parties will be appointed, if necessary, as Data Processors by the Data Holder.

The data processing takes place at the operational headquarters of the Data Holder and in any other place where the parties involved in the processing are located. User data can be transferred abroad to countries outside the European Union, and in particular to:

  1. Argentina and Switzerland, whose data protection level was deemed adequate by the European Commission pursuant to Article 45 of EU Regulation 2016/679 (hereinafter “GDPR”);
  • Brazil, China, Colombia, Hong Kong, India, Montenegro, Russia, Serbia, Turkey, United States of America upon the data importer has signed the Standard Contractual Clauses adopted/approved by the European Commission pursuant to Article 46, 2, items c) and d) of the GDPR;

The data processing by the Data Holder takes place either because the User has given consent or because this processing is necessary for the execution of a contract or pre-contractual measures with the User.

Rights of the Interested Party

The interested parties are entitled to the rights referred to in Articles 15 through 22 of the GDPR, where applicable. In particular, interested parties may ask the Data Holder for access to their data, their cancellation, the correction of inaccurate data, the integration of incomplete data, as well as the limitation of processing in the cases provided for by Article 18 of the GDPR.

Interested parties have the right to object, at any time, in whole or in part, to the processing of data necessary for the legitimate pursuit of the Data Holder interests.

Furthermore, in the event that the conditions for exercising the right to portability pursuant to Article 20 of the GDPR are present, interested parties have the right to receive the data provided to the Data Holder in a structured format, commonly used and readable by an automatic device, as well as, if technically feasible, to transmit them to another Data Holder without impediments. Interested parties have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (in particular in the Member State in which they usually reside or work or in the State in which the alleged violation has occurred).

Withdrawal of Consent

The interested parties have the right to revoke the consent given at any time by sending an e-mail communication to: [email protected]; the revocation of the consent does not affect the lawfulness of the treatments based on the consent given before the revocation.
