Types of Data Collected

Albelissa, by way of example and not limited to these items, will collect the following categories of common personal data: name, surname, password, date of birth, residence, community, e-mail addresses, telephone contacts, qualifications, cookies, images, work experiences.

Albelissa will collect the aforementioned data from you and/or from websites managed by third parties or social networks through which Albelissa publishes ads (either on behalf of customer companies or on its own) or through user-submitted candidate profiles. The data may be freely provided by the User or, in the case of usage data, collected automatically during the use of this website.

The User assumes responsibility for the data of third parties that he/she shares and guarantees to have the right to disseminate them, thus freeing the Data Controller from any responsibility to third parties.

 

Treatment of Data

The processing of data is based on the principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency and minimization of data. It is carried out both manually and through automated methods to store them, process and transmit them and will take place through appropriate technical and organizational measures, for reason and state of the technique, to ensure, among other things, the security, confidentiality, integrity, availability and resilience of systems and services, avoiding the risk of unauthorized loss, destruction, access or disclosure or, in any case, unlawful use, as well as through reasonable measures to delete or promptly rectify inaccurate data with respect to the purposes for which they are processed.

In addition to the Data Controller, in some cases, other parties involved in the organization of the website (for example: system administrators) or external subjects (for example: third-party technical services, IT companies) may also have access to the data; who will be appointed, if the case may be, responsible for the Processing by the Data Controller.

The processing of data takes place at the Data Controller’s operational offices and in any other place where the parties involved in the processing are located. Your data may be transferred abroad to countries outside the European Union, and in particular to:

  1. Argentina and Switzerland, whose level of data protection has been deemed adequate by the European Commission pursuant to art. 45 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereafter “GDPR”);
  2. Brazil, China, Colombia, Hong Kong, India, Montenegro, Russia, Serbia, Turkey after signing by Albelissa with the importer of the data of the standard contractual clauses adopted/approved by the European Commission pursuant to art. 46, 2,(.c) and (d) of the GDPR.

The processing of data by the Data Controller takes place either because the User has given consent or because such processing is necessary for the execution of a contract or pre-contractual measures with the User.

 

Rights of the Data Subject

The persons concerned shall be granted the rights referred to in Articles 2 and 3 of the Directive. 15 to 22 of the GDPR, where applicable. In particular, interested parties may request access to the data, their deletion, the rectification of inaccurate data, the integration of incomplete data, as well as the limitation of processing in the cases provided for in art. 18 of the GDPR.

Interested parties have the right to object, at any time, in whole or in part, to the processing of the data necessary for the legitimate pursuit of the interests of the holders.

The interested parties, moreover, in the event that the conditions for the exercise of the right to portability referred to in art. 20 of the GDPR, have the right to receive in a structured format, common use and readable by automatic device the data provided to the holders, as well as, if technically feasible, to transmit them to another holder without hindrance.

Interested parties have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (in particular in the Member State in which they habitually reside or work or in the State in which the alleged infringement occurred).

These rights can be exercised by writing by post, to the address of the registered office indicated above, or by e-mail to the following e-mail address [email protected].

 

Withdrawal of Consent

Interested parties have the right to revoke consent given previously by sending an e-mail communication to [email protected]; the withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the withdrawal.
